Stu's Smoked Jalapeño

Savory Drink Enhancer

Ritual over routine. Made for good company.

The tomatoes are yours. The rest is ours.

Stu's Smoked Jalapeño is Worcestershire, pickle brine, sea salt, celery salt, a custom chipotle hot sauce, and a spice blend we've spent years getting right. Nothing artificial. Just the part of a Bloody Mary that's hard to get right, done for you.

One ounce in a 5.5 oz can of tomato juice. Stir. Done. One bottle makes 16 to 24 drinks.

There's no tomato juice in the bottle, and that's the point. You pick the base, the heat, and the booze. Regular tomato, low sodium, V8, Clamato for a Caesar, beer for a Michelada, even hot bone broth. Every glass comes out the way you like it, not the way a factory decided.

Why Choose Smoked Jalapeño?

If Classic is your Sunday brunch staple, Smoked Jalapeño is your weekend warrior. More heat, more depth, and a little chipotle smoke in the background. It's there, but it doesn't take over.

This is the bottle for people who:

  • Think Classic needs more kick
  • Like chipotle heat more than raw jalapeño heat
  • Want their Micheladas to pack a punch
  • Grill steaks and need a marinade that earns its spot
  • Order anything on the menu with a pepper next to it

Pro pairing: tequila, mezcal, and beer cocktails. It also does real work on grilled meats.

How to Use It

For Bloody Marys:

  1. Add 1 oz Stu's Smoked Jalapeño to a glass
  2. Pour in one 5.5 oz can of tomato juice or V8
  3. Add vodka or tequila (tequila is the move here)
  4. Ice, garnish, enjoy

Makes 16 to 24 drinks per bottle.

Beyond the Bloody Mary:

  • Caesars: use Clamato for a spicy Caesar with a little smoke behind it
  • Micheladas: add to beer and lime. This is why the flavor exists.
  • Morning ritual: 1 to 2 teaspoons in hot bone broth
  • Cooking: steak marinade, taco seasoning, chili base, grilled chicken glaze

Jake M., Omaha

FAQs

How much spicier is this than Classic?
About 30% more heat, with a subtle chipotle smoke that rounds it out. Call it a 7 out of 10. You control it by how much you pour.

Is this just for Bloody Marys?
No. Micheladas, Caesars, bone broth, steak marinade, wings, taco seasoning. Anywhere you want chipotle heat.

What tomato juice should I use?
Any kind. V8, Sacramento, Clamato for Caesars, even carrot juice.

How long does it last?
6 months refrigerated after opening. Most mixes last 7 to 10 days.

Can I mix this with Classic?
Yes. Half and half is a popular way to dial in your own heat level.

What spirit works best?
Vodka, of course. Tequila and mezcal are the sleeper picks. Beer for Micheladas.
