 Do you sell your toothpicks in bulk or without the plastic bag?
A: No we aim at manufacturing quality over quantity.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Items are exchangeable if found to be defective and sent back with original product packaging. For higher priced items you must notify us within 7 business days so we can file shipping insurance claim with carrier and we will ship new item once received damaged item back.

Q: What happens to lost packages?
A: For lost packages we will track and if deemed lost or problem with Carrier we will immediately ship a new order for free.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: There are no cancellations or refunds unless deemed by management. Item must be unopened, unused and  returned within 7 days for exchange.

Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes we do per request or large quantity.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: USA is 3-14 business days after payment is received and cleared.
All orders will receive a tracking # and is unavailable till shipped.
In the event you dont receive tracking to your email after your order, please check your spam folder. In the event you still dont have please email us asap.

Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A: We offer 3 forms of shipping and don't charge a handling fee.

A: Yes we use USPS or UPS

Q: How do I determine the shipping charges?
A: All shipping is calculated in cart. Add desired items to cart and enter state and zip code. Shopping Cart will then show actual cost.

Q: Where can i find my tracking once ordered?
A: You will be sent an email with a link for tracking. Once we have processed you will be able to track package thru carrier's website.
